About Kelly
For 12 years, I worked as a chiropractor and loved helping people feel more at ease in their bodies.
Over time, I started to notice something: the biggest shifts didn’t happen only on the adjustment table — they happened in everyday life.
In the way someone slept, managed stress, moved their body, or made small choices that supported how they wanted to feel.
They’d come in with neck pain, back pain, or tension headaches — but what they also needed was help with the stuff between appointments: the daily habits, the simple routines, the permission to stop trying so hard and just do what actually feels good in the middle of their busy, demanding lives.
They knew what they should be doing.
The problem was actually doing it.
I get it — because I’ve been there too.
As a working mom of three, I spent years trying to do it all — and burning out in the process.
I’d go all-in on strict routines, then crash when life got chaotic.
I felt guilty taking time for myself.
I kept waiting for the “right time” to focus on my health, but that time never came.
What finally shifted for me wasn’t finding the perfect program or motivation hack.
It was letting go of perfection and figuring out what actually felt sustainable.
Now, my days aren’t Instagram-worthy — but they work.
I move my body in ways that feel good (no fancy gym required).
I keep meals simple.
I protect my morning routine when I can, and give myself grace when I can’t.
I take walks — lots of walks.
I say no more than I used to.
And I’ve learned that taking care of myself isn’t selfish; it’s essential.
It’s the only way I can show up for everything else.
These aren’t big, dramatic habits.
They’re small, consistent practices that make life feel calmer and more manageable.
That’s exactly what I help other women do — figure out what actually works for them, let go of the all-or-nothing mindset, and build momentum with the basics.
Because you don’t need another strict plan or more willpower.
You need clarity, simplicity, and permission to keep it real.
That’s what I’m here for.
If that sounds like what you need, I’d love to work with you. 💛
