What happens in this session:

First, we create space. I listen to what's actually going on in your life—not just what you think you "should" be doing.

Then, we identify what already feels good. What part of your day makes you feel your best? Where do you already have momentum, even if it's small?

From there, we choose 1-2 habits that matter most to you right now. Not a complete overhaul—just the things that will actually move the needle.

Finally, we build a simple routine you can realistically stick to. No fancy protocols. No rigid schedules. Just clarity and a plan that fits your actual life.
