Keeping It Simple

As a chiropractor and mom of three, I know how hard it is to find time for ourselves. The truth is, self-care aimed at getting rid of back pain and tension is not about fancy exercises, expensive products, and designer yoga pants.

It’s 100% about figuring out what works for you and doing that consistently. The tricky part for many people is the part about figuring out what works for them - that’s where I come in.

About Me

  • I completed a 200-hour post-grad certification (CACCP) in pregnancy and pediatrics to further my education in health, wellness, and chiropractic for women.

  • After nearly a decade in my chiropractic practice, I hit a burnout. Between the physical strain of the job and surviving a tough twin pregnancy, I felt drained. Returning to work part-time after having my girls, I struggled with sluggishness and wanted to feel like myself again. Using the tools I now teach in my course, I regained my energy, shed baby weight, and banished discomfort. I created my course to help others do the same from the comfort of home.
