Quick 15-Minute Exercise Routine You Can Do While Holding Your Toddler

If you’re a busy mom like me, then you know how hard it is to squeeze in time for yourself!! ❤️ Try my 15-minute full body workout today and feel the difference in your energy and self-confidence.

What I do (and what I teach my clients) is try to make self-care as SIMPLE as possible. So don’t even change into workout clothes for this one - keep it simple and squeeze it into your day. By the end, you’ll feel less tension, less stress, more energy, and more confidence. You got this.
